The Patrick Guest Cottage, located at 320 Center St. in Berea, KY--only a two-minute walk from College Square and Berea College--is a home away from home. Decorated in the 1950s style with a country twist, this three bedroom home is the perfect place to stay whether you are visiting the college, taking a tour through Kentucky, or just visiting some friends! You can really take in the Berea sunshine as this cottage has a number of windows in each room. Complete with front yard, porch, covered car port, and backyard, this cottage is perfect for one night or one month.

Staying at the Patrick Guest Cottage is a steal--only $85/night (flat rate) for the real Berea experience! Check in at 3pm, and check out by 11am.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed. The antique furniture acts as a one-of-a-kind accent, and the bedroom doors open up to both the living room and the large spare bedroom.

Large Spare Bedroom
The large spare bedroom--located just off the master bedroom--features a queen bed covered with a beautiful yellow quilt. Four large windows, yellow walls, and a door leading straight to the bathroom make this one of the coziest rooms in the house. Settle in by hanging up your clothes in the closet!

Side Room
The side room is perfect for a single sleeper. The twin bed faces the glass double doors that open to the luscious backyard. Recline while watching television, sip iced tea as you enjoy the view, or take an afternoon nap.

Kitchen
The kitchen at the Patrick Guest Cottage has everything you need! The fully equipped kitchen features a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, mixer, pots and pans, a tea kettle, and all the other things you'll need while visiting. The cozy dining area has three windows you can look out of while you sip coffee and read the morning paper. Need to write out a postcard for the folks back home? Sit at the kitchen writing center--we'll throw in the postage! Fresh herbs above the kitchen sink and some goodies in the fridge are sweet touches that you can only get from the Patricks!

Living Room
The living room at the Patrick Guest Cottage is the perfect place to lounge with friends and family during the day and a wonderful place to play games and chat at night. Three large windows, each with hanging drapes, let in plenty of sunlight during the day and provide a view of the neighborhood. Open up the side door to the patio and sit on the porch glider when it's nice out. Or, if it's raining, you can pull into the car port and come in the door without ever getting wet.
